Online teaching is very interesting to me,because is important to know how to keep students intersted in the class, engaging them in participating and stay active and productive during class. Specially the ones like me that prefered one on one teaching.
Communiucation is a Key, positive relationship with students, been friendly but not their friends, encorage them to ask as many questions they have before assuming anything.

Career Ed Lounge is embedded in over eighty professional development portals serving the career and technical education community. Performance Groups in the Lounge are integrated with related learning opportunities offered on these portals. With a few exceptions, Performance Groups are also publicly available to any member of the Lounge to maximize peer-to-peer learning and performance outcomes.
