From this module, i have learned the importance o adopting a specific approach to engaging with job seekers that promotes transformation without forcing change and remaining non-judgmental.  I intend to apply this by fostering a supportive environment in career counseling sessions, where job seekers feel encouraged to explore different career paths in their specific fields (audio, eb and df), while i provide guidance that respects their individual goals.  

By learning the core principles of motivational interviewing and applying them in my interactions, I can maximize the effectiveness of meetings and one on ones, ultimately leading to improved outcomes.
