False hopes & false information should not be given to the prospective students. Honesty & integrety are very crucial part of any institution.

Honesty is the best policy. Misrepresentation IS A NO NO!

Key ingredient in students success is the instructors ability to develop rapport with them based on mutual respect and personal support.

Scaffolding is important in students learning as it helps them build on previous information and experiences which aids in retention of new information .

Creating module template, course module & learning objects . Learning objects database is repository which to store files, graphics, audio & video or any related course components that could be used once or several courses.

Consistency is important & ten to fifteen minutes of on line lecture would help with retention & would prevent from losing interest .

Exercise , meditation , deep breathing and good healthy diet are some of the ways to keep ourselves a little stress free.

Learned there are different learning styles and understanding our students , their style of learning. Asynchronous & Synchronous discussions. Feedback in e-learning is crucial . Using appropriate tone, words that will build their confidence, encourage them & will not damage the learners dignity.

It is the students right or they are entitled to know our qualifications and experience similarly in order to know our students better & meet their educational needs they can post their picture and a short biography . I can apply the same when the need for on line instruction arises .

 Online instructor has various ways of delivering instruction & how to effectively relay the information to the students.
