As Admissions representatives we are "the port of entry" of our institutions or at least one of them. It is crucial to have the knowledge in compliance and rules, the patience, the truthful and accurate information to provide the best service in our ability. It is our responsibility to be informed and help the student feel confident and comfortable at our institutions because he is well informed before starting a program.

The position of an Admissions Representative is crucial, you are the face of the school and the first person the student puts his confidence on. It is our job to provide accurate information and represent our institutions with truth, kindness, accuracy and compliance, by doing this the benefit is for all.

I have learned the great importance of a Placement Dpmt and how it impacts the rest of the departments specially Admissions. The way I apply what I learned in this course is by giving special attention to the placement department and improving our relationship with prospective employers and externship sites. Finally, I have to say that my placement department needs help with the daily challenges of training students with language barriers and technology.

These courses provide great tools and information to keep institutions compliant and reinforce the importance of always provide the student with the most accurate and helpful information.

I wish this course would have been available years ago. It has been so helpful and certainly is has made us  improve the admission department from the information provided to the student to the placement services department.

Im so grateful!
