it is my belief  from working with students at clinical sites, The 3 dot system works best for students in the early part of the training, but as you reach into the upper modules the student is expected to reach out to the instructor ASAP if a change in condition occurs to any patients assigned to the student. The purpose is for early recognition of change in condition and early  diagnosis and intervention . Like to hear your comments.

"Try a new teaching idea, with topics that is hard to teach " is a great idea.

I will adapt some of these at my clinical site . I find it very interesting  and easy to apply wen they are new to a clinical site , while adapting to the policies and procedures at the new facility.

Thanks , informative and helpful. Thanks

FDR"s comments still ringing in our ears ! Amazing, how far we came .The means may change but the end is what makes the difference . Fascinating review of the Asperger's syndrome .. I enjoyed reading about it.
