Setting up expectations for ourselves and expectations to the students come hand in hand. Students expects us to be more knowledgeable and we expect students to be on their best interest. 

It is always good to keep like a mini notepad or index cards for key points and reminders in cases when you may miss a topic or add a topic. It is always better to be overprepared than under.

Everyone has their own teaching style and flow of the program and may or may not take a bit of time for one to be acclimated, generally, we all have to respect each other, respect the coworkers, colleagues, students etc. This all starts with the educators, we have to  be a role model and be a source of knowledge and assistance.
