As an instructor, I should stay organized, prepare myself before my class and as well feel as I am the one to learn so that teaching methods might be adjusted accordingly. 

As an instructor, I should maintain my roles as a model, manager and motivator. Reflecting on these roles enable me to carry may function as an instructor. To maintain my role, I should keep my professinal in the standards set by ACC and to continuously expand may strenth in nursing education.
