I've learned that keeping a checklist of the process is important to keep organized.

I've learned that an agent license must be renewed each year. Also, that keeping a binder with all documentation in this course is vital in my position.

This module reiterated how important it is to keep up to date with the resource notebook. It stated the difference between being licensed and being accreditited and how to become accredited. I also learned how important it is to keep up to date with transfer policies and how they work.

Through this module I have learned the different marketing stratagies, and how it is important to collaborate with all the departemts in the institution to have full knowledge of what is offered at the institution and always be up to date. Also having knowledge on student placement programs and the opportunites offered.

I am now fully aware of how the commission opperates and what is expected from the instiution and myself. We need to ensure we are following fair consuomer practices, as well as making sure that students are fully aware of all possible information about the instituations program including all  financial options

I have learned the importance of keeping up to date with policies and procedure as that plays an important role in my position. I have also learned the correct terms and their definitions which will be printed out and organized along with all of admissions documents that will be in divided into differnt tabs in a binder. This training has also shown me how important my role is to the institution and all possible prospectives looking to sign up for our program.
