Once you have helped a potential student with finding out what classes and degree plan they want to take, it is time to move onto Financial Aid.  The applicant needs to feel comfortable with the investment they are about to make in their future.  There must be a good cohesion between the Representative and the Financial Aid Reps to make sure the process goes smoothly with future students.

Recruiting is not an easy skill for some to aquire.  It takes time and patience.  It also takes product knowledge and believing in what you represent.  Recruiting for the military can be even harder.  Talking about intangibles is one of the hardest things to visualize for many.  It takes a special recruiter who can put those intagibles into the minds and imaginations of potential recruits.
