I learned the importance of updating the information because there are changes on somewhat of a regular basis. I will make sure everything is up to date and make sure to have that check-list to make sure a double check that everything is completed properly. 

This section was important becuase I got to learn about the different types of advertising and the different channels. How different channels are more effective then others, for certain ads or information.  

Information regarding checklist and marking off the important documents and steps need with the student during the appointment. As well as the importance knowing from the supervisor where the documents should be going once completed and collected.
