This course helped me to gain ideas and learn how to engage students in the classroom setting.

I like to let the student's know there is light at the end of the tunnel!

I learned that as an instructor it is my responsibility to look out for the student's overall well-being.

By listening to our students we can develop professional relationships that will help them achieve academic success!

I will allow students to work in groups and I will encourage them to answer questions in the class room and read their textbook before coming to class to be well prepared.

I learned that it is important to allow the student to have some autonomy and trust so that they feel secure and more motivated to learn.

Engage with students and promote active communication.

I will make sure to post optional videos for extra learning and helpful resources and I will check in with students weekly.

I plan to have open communication with the students and remind them to email me through canvas email for any questions or concerns. 

I have learned that it is important to test the students and create surveys to see if they are understanding and reading the material.
