I think I'm going to change my late assignment policy and also try to send an email for every assignment that is missing or late with my school's policy on those procedures. 

This unit made me think that I should assign the 4 learning styles as a requirement for my students when they present on a topic so they cover all four. Also trying to break up my content more, into bite sized pieces. 

I now have students make powerpoints and I'm going to make a dos and don't flyer for them to follow when making their own slides. 

I really liked the idea of different colored handouts. Also reflecting on how I can make the students comfortable. 

I really like reviewing a lesson to see how it went and what I liked or didn't like about it. Were students engaged? Did they learn anything? Every time I review I see something I could tweak. 

I really liked the idea of a student submitting a written complaint, that way I have a paper trail, I have down what the student is saying they need or not getting and I can address those concerns legitimately. 

I like the use it wisely idea. I also like the idea of valuing my own expectations by talking to students who are not prepared for class. 

I really like the airplane game, I think I'll work that in somehow or as a filler for some curriculum. I also really like the idea of when I try new curriculum that I should always write down afterward how I thought it would go and how it went, so I can change it up and figure out what was missing or what I can improve.
