I have learned new strategies for organizing my classroom with different approaches. I hope to promote an active and positive learning environment. 

I have learned new ways to begin creating a healthy learning environment. The best learning environment is one that is supportive. I hope to create a supportive learning environment in each of my classrooms, simulations, and clinicals.  

I learned during this course that preparation and planning are a very important part of being a nurse educator. I have always believed that preparation is the key to success. I have learned new strategies to implement in my preparation and planning process. 

I have learned how to continue my education as an educator. I am currently finishing my Doctor of Nursing Practice. I believe that once we finish our degrees, it is up to us to continue learning from our students and peers. I will search out new learning opportunities, such as certifications, in the future.
