Value-added assessment involves takining any student data used to document students growth in learning  by comparing students current level of learning to their own past learning.

Value-added assessment provides focus,fair comparsion, accuntability, and diagonstic.

Rubrics play a large role in how student learning is evaluted and recorded. Also, rubrics provides a measure of qulaity of performance on the basis of established criteria.

 

When assessments are designed. Validity and relibility are both important part in desingint assessment. 

Objective assessments can be summative and used to calculate a final grade for students, or formative where students receive feedback on their performance. Objective assessments are used effectivlly for assessent large number of students on short timeframe.

There are various of objective assessments, such as true/false questions, multiple choice, and matching assessments.  A subjective assessment questions, such as open-ended or open response require humen judgement. Essay  and proplem- solving questions are types of subjective assessments.

 

Diagnostic assessment  measure the pre-exting skills or knowledge  of students. They help instructours to develop the current or next program. Wheras the Formative assessment provide insight view for understanding of students to the current content.Also, they indicate that students develop thier skills or not, and give instructor good feedback for learning. 

 

Teacher must utlized different assement Tools to be insure that students will learn in differents way and this will inhance the learning style. Feedback is vital process to that sudents must provide theacher about effective of tools assessment. And this will be taken to develpoe the assessment process in next licture.
