I learned that the learning styles for online learning are classified differently. I’m eager to see them all in action.

I learned to only use synchronized discussions in small groups and limit it to 30 min or less.

In distance education, it is important to develop a rapport with each student individually. I plan to have the students submit a short bio, as suggested, which will help with my approach.

I learned that intellectual interaction keeps a student engaged during online learning, which will help avoid mindless clicking.
