April Jones

With this module I would have to say I learned a great way to set the importance of each thing on my to do lists. I plan on trying this out this weekend with some tasks I have at home that need done. 

After this lesson I have already started a leader board and so far, it has been a huge hit in class. I can't wait to see how it ends and how much confidence my students will gain from this. 

As an instructor it is important to understand the barriers that a student might face when attending college. We need to be able to do our best to help them so that they can excel in their learning.  

This was great information to understand student ownership and how to make sure students are on the right track to see how it will fit into their future. 

I have learned that there are a few areas I could improve on and that there are a few areas I have been already doing. Looking forward to seeing the success of implementing these new areas of improvement. 

Many good points I look forward to implementing into my instructions and look forward to seeing how my class response to it.  

What I took away from this section is the importance of learning your students' needs and you are can really set the tone of the day with greeting them all as the enter class. 

I found this information to be very interesting and useful. I feel like a have a bit more of an understanding of the students and how to handle some of the roadblocks that come with instructing. Also, ways to help students feel more comfortable well navigating being a student.
