I thought the video on having the students discuss what they learned in class that day based on their preparation the night before was very helpful.

I believe it is important to be prepared for your class each and every day. I believe the students can sense when the instructor is not prepared and it can make for a difficult class. 

I appreciate the discussion on interacting with the students in a professional manner. Not only does it model and train the students on how to interact appropriately with others but also models the attitude and conduct that will be expected in the workplace environment. I plan on trying to increase my professionalism in the classroom by modeling these things.
