I learned that it is important to outline services the program will offer. Dividing roles and establishing systems for how the program will operate is key to the function of career services. Fostering collaboration has the ability to align services. 

This topic is an interesting topic because it provides the foundation of how to communicate the goals of the program and the legacy it should lead within the institution. By laying this foundation it gives the community as a whole a clear picture of the importance of career services.
