I learned that students may experience friction or hesitation when making enrollment decisions, especially when they feel overwhelmed. I will apply this by listening, asking clarifying questions clearly explaining nexts steps and respecting each student's pace.  

I learned that being successful in admissions requires four key competencies product knowledge, people skills, sale skills and a positive attitude. I also learned the importance of reflection on what's working and I can improve.
