The most valuable insight from this module is that ethical AI practice is ongoing professional development, not a one-time training. As an HR instructor, I already continuously update my knowledge of labor laws and workplace standards — adding AI ethics to that growth mindset feels natural and necessary for staying relevant in my field.

This module reinforced that transparency and accountability in AI use are not optional — they are core professional responsibilities. As an HR instructor, the most valuable lesson was learning that accountability actually strengthens professional authority rather than weakening it. I plan to apply this by consistently documenting my AI use, communicating it clearly using trust-building language, and modeling responsible disclosure for my students. Since HR professionals regularly develop workplace policies, I also feel well-positioned to contribute to institutional AI guidelines in my department.

The bias detection toolkit is practical and easy to integrate into daily teaching. As an HR instructor, the Quick Scan resonates most with me checking name diversity, role distribution, and workplace representation in just 30 seconds before using any AI generated content. What I appreciate most is that these tools connect directly to quality checks I already perform, making bias detection a natural habit rather than an extra task.

This module reforced that ethical AI use is an ongoing responsability, not a one time check. They Key distinction between human bias and IA bias was eye opening each requires a different approach to detect and correct. As an HR instructor, I plan to consistently verify AI generated content against current labor laws, model transparency  with students, and apply the 5 questions ethical framework across all AI  interactions. My goal is for students to leave no just knowing how to think critically about it.

Gammification is not about turning the classroom into a video game, it´s about borrowing the phychology behind why games are so compelling and applying it to learning. Games keep players engaged because they offer clear goals, inmediate feedback, a sense of progress, and the thrill of achievement.
