Keeping up with the grade book especially for the students who are struggling and will help the students with accountability 

I learned that each student has their own learning styles 

Using 3-5 points per PowerPoint slide and colorful backgrounds and not to overcrowd the slides

I learned to always be prepared as well as being organized when coming to teach a class 

as well as understanding strengths and weaknesses, and watching an observing other instructors help learning about different teaching methods
