Being mindful of different learning styles, how long lectures and demonstrations should be to be effective. 

That first impressions and introductions help to set the tone and environment for the students. 

That the syllabus is the lifeline to a successful course and setting the students up for success. 

What i learned is there are different styles of teaching. Your personality plays a big role, but also how you can effectively teach small groups and keeping them engaged. I also learned that professionalism starts within me. How i dress, speak, handle myself in all situations. 

They are both good methods when used properly together can really enhance the learning experience

There are different platforms that can be used. It's best to know what the need is and expected outcome when selecting which style to use.
