This module reinforced the importance of creating a welcoming and engaging environment from the very first class meeting. I learned that clear communication, introductions, expectations, and building rapport with students can help establish trust and encourage participation. I plan to apply these strategies by making students feel comfortable, explaining course expectations clearly, and creating an inclusive learning environment where students feel supported and encouraged to succeed.

I learned that effective teaching begins with careful planning and preparation. Having clear objectives, organized materials, and a structured plan helps create a better learning experience for students. I intend to apply this by preparing ahead, aligning my activities with the learning objectives, and making sure students have the resources they need to be successful.

What I learned from this module is the importance of professionalism and being a positive role model for students. I learned how to balance knowledge and teaching skills with empathy, respect, communication, and compassion. I plan to apply this by maintaining professional boundaries, using respectful language, supporting my students, and creating a positive learning environment that motivates them to learn.
