Comment on George Ferguson's post: I am in a similar situation where I wear both hats-the manager hat and the leader hat. This exercise gave me valuable insight into which role I tend to use most often. I realize that I spend more time focused on management responsibilities and need to be more intentional about my leadership skills. 

Leadership is about inspiring people and driving change while Management is about organizing work and improving processes to achieve goals. 

Management helps achieve leadership goals by providing structure, organization, and direction.
