I learned assessments are important to see where students are in their learning. I learned about CATS and one minute paper.

I learned how important it is to ask questions but also pause and listen to what is being said. Questioning also provides feedback to the instructors

I know from my own experience that I'm a visual and hands on learner. In my classroom I want to include everyone, so I use different learning methods. I would like to prep my class with more options with learning going forward as everyone learns so differently. I also learned that teaching the student their preferred method of learning can improve their grade by 10 percent.
