Start with current budget and build out a yearly budget for the next 5 years to accommodate planned growth and needs to support that growth

I like the idea of asking other employees to develop org charts and see how they compare with our official one.  It would also help to have some guidelines about writing job descriptions which are often too comprehensive, generalized, and all-encompassing to be meaningful 

Student services are important from the time the student enrolls until they graduate and enter the workforce.  

I have learned who to involve, importance of brainstorming, engaging the community for input on needed changes to meet workforce demands, funding opportunities for students, and meeting accreditation requirements.

It would be helpful to expand on the information about accreditation, for instance the difference between national and regional accreditation, and including information about programmatic vs institutional accreditation, and the benefits of each.   We can do a disservice to students if we don't understand and explain to them how our private postsecondary school's program courses/credits may or may not articulate into other institutions that require a course to be provided by a regionally accredited institution.

I learned about where schools are and are not legally allowed to publish information in print media.

I've learned the legal ramifications of the information in the School's catalog and making sure we follow all legal requirements to inform student applicants. 

I learned the specific laws and rules that we're accountable for so I can research them easily online.
