About me

I've been a career educator for over 20 years. I currently serve as the Academic Coordinator for Brookstone College of Business and continue to be active in the classroom as a Business Instructor. My motto is "A student doesn't care how much you know, until they know how much you care." I was honored to receive the Career College Association National Teacher of the Year award in 2001. I just love teaching!

Hi Paul, When you do a thorough orientation on the first day with students, you can always refer back to it, if they are any challenges/complaints. I never get other students involved when I am dealing with a particular student. You do not have to get students to vouch for you. If you said it is well and done. Hi Paul, Students want an instructor who is effective in their delivery. Students can immediately tell if you are prepared and confident. Once students discover that you are not confident in your subject matter/teaching abilities, the student loses confidence in you and your reputation is at risk. Patricia
