Standards are important, but they are not important if the students and parents do not know what they are. Share/show them and emphasize the reason for the standards.

Be authentic in whatever and however you teach students. Use scenarios, use projects, use the tools that you and your classroom are equipped with.

I will continue to work towards my students being employability ready. Some of our students participate in the 21st century after school program and I think that helps as well.

Having employability skills can ensure that most students at least get to the interview stage. Employability is way more than what is seen on a piece of paper (resume - application).

You need your content aligned with standards. You must work to ensure that your students are completing and working towards the standards so that they will be prepared for the future in the CTE industry.

It is true that Teamwork makes the dreamwork. Working together, you can accomplish much for your schools, students and industry than you can by yourself.

To work hard -- asking for AI help is not saying that I can not do something, but to help me better teach and lead students into the future. Use it as a tool, not a crutch.

I recently found out that I will be teaching/leading a class on leadership to 10-12 graders, so I will use AI to help me prepare for the class, in conjunction with a book and several speakers that we will have througout the semester. This is very different in that I have not had to teach a class from scratch before now.

I like that this training is user friendly and given simple easy to understand way of using and working with AI and not against it.

Learning and providing access to various strategies is good for all of my students and canhelp with any discipling problems that I might have in class.
