I recently found out that I will be teaching/leading a class on leadership to 10-12 graders, so I will use AI to help me prepare for the class, in conjunction with a book and several speakers that we will have througout the semester. This is very different in that I have not had to teach a class from scratch before now.

I like that this training is user friendly and given simple easy to understand way of using and working with AI and not against it.

Learning and providing access to various strategies is good for all of my students and canhelp with any discipling problems that I might have in class.

REAL WORLD SCENARIOS WILL ALWAYS WIN WHEN TRYING TO TEACH THIS NEW GENRATION OF STUDENTS. THEY THINK THAT EVERYTHING THEY SEE ON SOICAL MEADIA IS REAL WE HAVE TO SHOW THEM THAT IT IS NOT.

I have learned that in order to lead my students to a more financially successful future, I will have to get to the bare bones and let them and show them what happens when you continually do not pay bills, are late will bill payments and just never have enough money -- using a PCL for this.

I know that I have made many mistakes as a new teacher, but I feel that I have learned from those mistakes and will continue to learn as long as I reach out to my peers,

Managing student behaviors begins when they walk in the classroom. What do they see, what do they hear, what do they experience.

Many students who are disengaged or inattentative are that way as a learned behavior from early school years. They have continually gotten away with it by being a class clown,teacher favorite or making the teacher think they are their favorite teacher.

Making sure that students understand the syllabus and are really reading to know due dates, test dates, etc. Most of what was in this module was for college students....

As a newish teacher who mainly facilitates students, having a student with a major learning disability this year has been challenging. Add to that, she was not school for several months, she also has social anxiety and appears to have some other challenges that the admin is working on at this time.
