In this module, I learned about the different leadership techniques and when they should be used. The module also showed why motivation is an important factor in the productivity of employees. Those who are motivated have greater productivity and overall effectiveness; therefore, in order to be an effective leader, one must possess motivation skills and adapt their technique for each individual.
