I have always tried to meet the learners preferred learning style without realizing the importance of working on their weaknesses. As mentioned in the course "both effective written and oral communication is essential for career success, so students need to be provided with opportunities to acquire and expand on these skills as well."

I learned that an easy and effective way to establish your presence from a distance and build a relationship with your students is by providing a biography.

I better understood the importance of why a  good online course should be organized, easy to use, and have clear communication. I plan to become familiar with the course platform so I can help students find materials, complete assignments, and get help when they need it.
