Making sure your inbound call process is up to date with modern admissions techniques can help ensure your calls and meetings are closer to the same nuber. 

I plan on taking more time and evaluating the stages of the process and asking better questions. 

GEtting engagement in the admissions process is crucial. Asking advanced questions for deeper insight help you make sure the student will complete and gain employment. 

The sample questions and the way to guide the conversation has been insightful. I have taken notes on some of the samples, because I don't use those now. I feel empowered with more sample questions I can ask to help make every conversation unique to the student. 

Really interesting to learning about the types of questions and how each type has a right time to be used. 

Doing the right thing is a must for the students and the school. We need to make sure students can make informed choices and the school is enrolling students they believe they can help. You can't be the right school for everyone.
