I learned that it is important to stay up to date on school policies, programs, and regulations. I will use current resources and training to make sure I give students accurate information.

I learned how important it is to make sure admissions information and paperwork are complete and accurate. I will apply this by checking information carefully, following school procedures, and making sure students understand the requirements, costs, and policies before enrolling.

This module reinforced how important it is to give prospective students clear and accurate information. I also learned that admissions staff need to stay current on regulations and school policies. I plan to apply this by verifying information when needed and making sure students have the correct information to make an informed decision.

I learned that any indivudal who functions as a recruiter, admissions representative, director, admissions agent, is required to comlete the training.

Good refresher to keep up to date on the internal roles and policies. 

The importance of reviewing the university's policies and documentation pertaining to EA, FSA, and etc.

I have completed this training last year. So far I have not seen any changes to the content, but looking forward to the updated information.
