I learned that the admissions process involves careful attention to detail. Admissions requirements must be clearly stated, accurate, complete, and consistent in the institution's catalog, enrollment agreement, and other documents provided to students. I also learned that following the correct procedure is important for maintaining accurate student records and complying with institutional and regulatory requirements. I plan to apply what I learned by becoming very familiar with my institution's catalog, enrollment agreement, admissions requirements, and policies & procedures, so I ensure that the admissions process for prospective students is completed correctly. 

I have now learned how important it is to comply with Federal policies and procedures, as this ensures our institution stays aligned with compliance requirements and this helps to provide the best experience for prospective and current students. I also now understand how important it is to stay up to date on any changes to Federal policies and procedures. I will ensure to keep notes on key vocabulary and policies in my notebook.
