Great reminder of how important discipline is...even in adult classrooms.  It was good to see what order to do things and seeing different examples of what to do in which situations.  Again, it is nice to know what I am already doing is on tract for the best classroom learning environment and management.

Great break down and descriptions of the importance of classroom management as an instructor and reflecting on when I was a student how important those roles were.  I am glad to see I am doing the best I can and these are great reminders to keep doing what I am doing.
