Yes, I see how I was handling some situations wrong, and now I see how to handle them in a better, more productive way

I have learned that I'm the Controller Type, but I want to learn and create myself into a  Guild for myself and my students

I learned and saw that you can be a combination of different learning styles. If you put a mixture of students in a group, some who are hands-on and some who are fact-based, they can both help each other solve a problem more easily 

I know that Language is Important for an instructor to communicate effectively, and I know that it's a part of the students' culture, and it's important to know other languages they know

I have learned I Have Many Different Cultures of students in my class, they all have different backgrounds, different values, norms, and languages, which means I need more time with them to help them understand so that we are both on the same page for me to teach them and for them to get what they need from me

Learning to be able to reach through different Methods will create a better learning and teaching environment for both teacher and student

I have learned to Stay Calm and avoid arguing or reacting emotionally, and listen to the students' concerns and try to understand the cause of the behavior

I have learned that one method is not always right or good for every student, and I need to work with the best way  to deal with every student, with a way to get the best method to help them to learn and understand what I want them to grasp

Gives more time to understand

I like it didnt know what some of it meant but now i do so i can apply it for myself
