I understand now that you need to have knowledge and understanding or develop a certain rapport with your student to be able to identify their individual style of learning, so they can be more successful in absorbing the information of your teaching. 

By that you can also discover the unknown strength of the students and can push them to their highest potential and set for achieving their goals. 

I was reminded the importance of interactive way of teaching and learning, second to self-reflect, that knowledge is not an authority and be open minded that you will learn something from your student for a possibility of being corrected.  And lastly is you need to be passionate and love what you do.
