I've learned that course content can be delivered in different ways to help students understand the material and stay engaged.

I've learned that the first meeting is key to setting expectations and building a positive learning environment. I plan to be prepared, welcoming, and clear about class requirements so students feel comfortable and ready to learn.

I've learned that preparing and planning my lessons ahead of time helps improve my students' organization and creates a better learning experience.

I've learned that, as an instructor, there's more to it than just knowing the subject. It requires professionalism, preparation, communication, leadership, and the ability to connect with students. I plan to continue developing these skills so I can be a positive role model.
