Full disclosure is important at all times. Admission should be knowledgeable to be able to answer questions regarding the refund polices and enrollment agreement student is signing. 

I learn that staying compliant requires to have a resource notebook, attend meetings and continue to gather information to be informed of any changes. 

I learned to read your catalog and speak to instructors regarding program for additional product knowledge and other departments. Having accurate knowledge of the institution will help the student make their decision and we will follow the rules and regulations for best practices. 

I learned the importance of all documentations for enrollment and transparency is important. 

I learned how important it is to stay up to date with compliance and regulation and understand terminology used to be efficient. 

Culture of compliance should be adhered by all departments in order to be ethical and have a good institutional outcome for students. 

The consequences of noncompliance and student's complaints can result in never regaining trust with the institution. We will fail the student's commitment to pursue goals in their lives. 

We must have integrity at all times and not make inappropriate comments about other institutions. 

Do not use superlatives words to characterize your school such as, highest, most, fastest, state of the art, biggest classrooms, greatest, top graduation rate, finest instructors and most experienced. This is a form of unacceptable expressing exaggerated opinions.
