I learned it's my responsibility to learn and stay inform of any changes so I am able to to help and give the correct information.

I learned the importance of providing accurate information and following admissions guidelines. I will apply this by staying informed and making sure I give the correct information.

I learned more about the responsibilities and how important this role is in helping students but also the the team. Learning policies and regulations so I can provide accurate and complete information. Keep clear communication with everyone including the students and staying on top of my day to day responsibilities.
