ive learned the importance of listening and giving a moment of silence after a student responds to increase the level of engagement and understanding.  asking a variety of question styles will engage a wider audience and stimulate thought processes and understanding.

Ive learned that there are a number of different learning styles and it is important to preset the material in a number of different ways in order to reach all students and their learning demands.
