Critical thinking is an essential life skill, and creating problem based learning is an excellent way to help students expand their knowledge and skills.

Doing your best to do at least 3-5  active learning techniques to help assist with learning and keeping students engaged. 

It's important to be flexible to utilize many different learning styles.

Active learning and crucial to students learning to keep them engaged.

I learned about the importance of checking in on students, communicating with them frequently and having them reflect on their time management.

I was reminded of different ways to support students during online learning.

I learned about the importance of clearly and frequently communicating with students helps them to feel more engaged with the course and the instructor.

I've learned more about way to support and encourage students both in class and online. Focusing on communicating clearly and effectively.

At the end of the day it comes down to promoting student success through rewards and  connection.  Being present, being clear, and being supportive. That's what my students deserve, whether they are in the classroom or online.

I've learned that engagement and communication are crucial to create a supportive and connected enviornment for both students and staff.
