I learned that I should update rules, regulations, documents, etc. on a regular basis. I also learned that it's very important to know the transfer of credits policies at my institution.

I have learned that collecting resource material is useful. Speaking with instructors and sitting in on classes is also beneficial during the admissions process. I enjoyed and gained a lot from this section.

I learned about which items are to be included in the student enrollment agreement, also how to stay organized having a checklist to make sure nothing is missed.

I have learned that it is vital in the admissions process to use the correct terminology. As well as keeping up to date on policies and procedures.
