This module reinforced the importance of balancing intrinsic and extrinsic motivation when teaching adult learners. In my audio production courses, I find that students are most engaged when they see how their skills apply to real-world situations and their career goals.

This module reinforced the importance of autonomy in motivating adult learners. As an instructor, I've learned that students are more engaged when they feel ownership of their education and understand how their learning connects to real-world goals.

The class must start off right. Good energy and socialization of the teacher and how the content will be given makes a difference.

I have learned that adult learners have the need for flexibility and often have internal motivation to strive for their goals.
