I need to remember that based on personality, some students will require immediate feedback, some need service based projects, others greater challenges, and some rubrics. I will have to adapt to incorporate each element into my teaching curriculum.
Online teaching requires more adaptability to the students' needs. Coaching online will need high touch or some personalized communication to the students since physical body language isn't present.
I've learned that gold is my primary color. I will need to keep this in mind when setting deadlines and working with students of different color backgrounds.
I enjoyed seeing the different personality types simplified into one chart. I need to keep in mind that each student will have a different personality spectrum with varying strengths and weaknesses.
