I learned how to build a high‑impact, learner‑centered Career Services program by understanding students’ needs, aligning services with curriculum and labor market trends, designing inclusive and accessible support, engaging employers strategically, and using data to guide improvement. The module emphasized that great career services must continually evolve with the changing world of work, and that purposeful, adaptable leadership is key to helping learners succeed.

Because of this, Career Services cannot remain idle.
