The Section regarding bystander capabilities was very informative. I think people are often afraid to step in as a bystander, but this is something I will be paying close attention to. 

One of the things that stood out to me in this portion of the course was the fact that even if an incident occurs outside of the campus, it still needs the same amount of fervor and investigation applied. Knowing this will surely aid me in any future investigation I may need to conduct.

Detailing who can be listed as a "responsible employee" was particularly informative. I would like to update our documents so students have a better understanding of who they can report to besides the title IX coordinator should an incident occur.

I learned that Title IX protects students and staff from a vast number of potential infractions. Knowing how to conduct a proper investigation and implement these rules will be crucial to providing a safe environment for all of my students and staff.
