Learning about the behind-the-scenes of AI is an eye-opener to me. The integration of AI into leaning, the ethical considerations, and concerns such as integrity, privacy, and security are aspects that I have had to address as an adjunct faculty. The thriller for me is learning about machining learning, deep learning and the varied aspects and examples of each. I look forward to completing this course.

Timely feedback is one of the processes we agreed to provide in order to measure teacher impact and student-success. When students understand what success should look like, feedback becomes welcoming for them and easy for teachers. 

School leaders must be cognizant of the nuances of effective scheduling, mut be aware of all courses, and must be will to allow teachers opportunities to talk through collaborative opportunities between CTE and academic classes. It works well when done effectively.

One of the most successful practices centers around student-teacher relationships. However, the same is far from perfect between students. We must do more in the region of conflict resolution and restorative practices.
