I learned that the first class meeting is important for setting the tone for the entire course. It is a good opportunity to introduce myself, explain the course expectations clearly, and begin building a comfortable and respectful relationship with students.

I learned that effective teaching starts with strong planning and preparation. Having clear objectives, organized materials, and a well-structured lesson helps the class run smoothly and keeps students focused. I also think it is important to arrive early, make sure technology and classroom materials are ready, and have a backup plan in case something does not work as expected. I plan to apply this by preparing each lesson in advance, using a checklist, and regularly reviewing what worked well and what I can improve for the next class.

I learned that being an effective instructor requires more than just subject knowledge. Professionalism, preparation, clear communication, and a positive attitude help create a respectful learning environment. I also believe instructors should lead by example, remain approachable, and adapt their teaching methods to meet different student needs. My goal is to continue improving as an educator while helping students build confidence and become successful professionals.
