Planning and preparing your classroom helps keep an organized structure for the students as discussed previously we are the role models also the importance of setting goals for yourself and the students like it said are you happy that they made 70% and be representing you. Also showing up early and interacting with the students before class begins.

On this module I learned that being a teacher/instructor is like being a role model for the students from how you dress to how you talk. Also how to interact with the students makes them feel like you are passionate in what you do and knowledgeable of the material you are teaching. You are their guide for the real world situations and try to set them up for success.
