I learned in dealing with the various situations with students there are simple strategies that can be employed to resolve those incidents

I have learned that dealing with the different personalities requires different techniques and strategies

I have learned in this module the importance of setting the expectations and requirements through the visual aid of the syllabus, and the need for grabbing the students interest and attention during  your first meeting to get them excited about the course and career they have chosen.
